The Tennessee Artist’s Association will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, June 20 from 7:00 – 8:30 pm at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 6500 Northshore Dr., Knoxville. This meeting is free and open to anyone interested in the arts in East Tennessee. Refreshments will be served.
The program will feature Pat K. Thomas. Pat is a full- time studio artist from Sevierville, TN. She is a surface design, marbling, paper and fabric artist who is also co-owner of the historic Cliff Dwellers Gallery in Gatlinburg, TN. Located in the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community, Cliff Dwellers Gallery is a showplace for contemporary and traditional fine crafts and art. The Gallery carries the work of over 60 other area artists who have been invited to be a part of the cooperative. Pat teaches private lessons, conducts work- shops, and instructs classes at locations including Arrowmont and the Folk School. Her work is represented and collected internationally.
