Tennessee Artists Association at the Oak Ridge Art Center

Theme: There is no specific theme for this show. Both 2D and 3D works are welcome.

Drop-Off Information:
Monday, January 27th, 1:00 – 4:00 pm

• Alternatively, you can meet at Westminster Presbyterian Church from 12:00 – 12:30 pm. Please notify Marcia Shelly if you plan to drop off your work here.

Entry Guidelines:

• Up to 3 pieces may be entered. Digital images of the artwork are required (phone images are acceptable). There is space for 100 works in the show. Excess submissions may be juried out based on volume.
• Size Restrictions: There are no size restrictions.
• Entry Fee: $10 per piece (payable by cash or check).

How to Enter:
To enter, email Marcia Shelly at marciashell@aol.com with the following information for each piece:

• Title of Submission
• Medium
• Price
• Size
• A picture of the artwork (phone images are acceptable)

Framing/Hanging Requirements:
Artwork must meet TAA’s framing and presentation guidelines. Please review them at tnartists.org/presentation-for-shows.

Labeling:
Please label the back of each piece with the following:

• Artist Name
• Title
• Medium
• Price

Sales:
If your artwork sells during the exhibition, it may need to remain on display until the show concludes. Please contact Marcia Shelly for instructions if an interested buyer is found. A 25% commission on sales will go to the Oak Ridge Art Center.

Eligibility:
Open to all TAA members in good standing.

Reception:
February 15th, 6 – 8pm

Show Closes and Pickup:

• The show will close the week of March 21st. Exact pickup details will be announced closer to the time.

Important Notes:

• Non-Juried Show: This is not a juried show, and no awards will be given. The exhibition is open to all TAA members in good standing.
