The Tennessee Artist’s Association will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, February 18th at 7:00 pm at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 6500 Northshore Dr., Knoxville. This meeting is free and open to anyone interested in the arts in East Tennessee. Refreshments will be served. Bring a friend!
The challenge theme for February 2025 is “Heart Related”. Challenge Art can be done in any media and can be brought to the meeting at any stage of completion, from rough sketch to ready to show or sell. Interpret the challenge however you want, to suit the medium of your choice. The intention of the Challenges is to provoke thought and creativity, push us as artists to new processes & themes, and to encourage us to create!
February’s program will feature Johnny Harris.
Johnny’s presentation will be about his woodworking business, H & H WOODWORKS, out of Nashville, and how he makes his wooden painter’s palettes.
