Unless TAA (Tennessee Artists Association) are notified in writing to the contrary, it is understood that this loaned piece may be photographed, video-d, or reproduced for publications and for publicity connected to TAA.

I authorized TAA to copyright and publish all photographs or video footage in print or other electronic format in which my work appears that are taken by or for TAA. I agree that TAA may use, edit, or reproduce such photographs, video footage or share them with others for any purpose related to the promotion of TAA.

I release and discharge all claims against TAA and any others acting on behalf of TAA with respect to the copyright, publication, or use of such photographs, video footage, or text including any claim for compensation related to their use.

CONDITIONS GOVERNING LOANS:
TAA will exercise the same care and respect to loaned artwork as it does to the safekeeping of their own property. However, TAA and their members, officers, agents, employees, and any other persons or entities acting on their behalf, are not responsible and will not hold TAA to any and all claims, demand, and causes of action whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, either in law or in equity, to person or property or both, in connection with this agreement.
