“Tennessee Artists Association Spring Exhibition”

Important Dates:

Monday, January 22nd  – Application with images due

Monday, January 29th – Drop off date at the Clayton Center, Maryville College, Maryville, TN.

You will be notified of the time and artwork piece(s)

Exhibition dates: February 1st – February 29th

Friday, February 23thrd – Reception 5-8pm

Tuesday, February 29th – Pick up artwork, you will be notified of the time.


General Information:

  1. The show is open to all members in good standing.
  2. This is not a juried show, no awards will be given.
  3. TAA will handle all sales, no commission will be charged. If the artwork is an immediate sale be prepared to bring a comparable replacement.
  4. 2-D and 3-D work accepted. Maximum of 3 pieces per artist. Pending size and quantity of pieces entered not all pieces may be hung. Artists will be notified of any pieces not hung and these can be picked up at Studio 106.
  5. All work must be the work of the artist in concept and execution.
  6. Artists retain the copyright of their images, However, TAA and Clayton reserve the right to use an image for promotional purposes.
  7. Entry fee is $10 per piece, non refundable.
  8. Entry MUST be accompanied by a photo. This can be taken with your phone as it is primarily for reference purposes.
  9. Label Information – required by Clayton, and in this order:
  10. Guidelines for exhibiting is in “Presentation for Shows”. Those pieces not following these guidelines will be rejected.

Liabilities and Responsibilities:

By signed this entry form you agree and promise to hold Harmless TAA or Clayton, or any person associated with TAA or Clayton from any or all liability, lost, stolen, or damage resulting from and in any way connected with the display items and artwork exhibited for this show.
